Device & browser support

Phones and tablets

At the moment mobile devices do not support browser extension, so it's not possible to use them with Safe. You will need to use a laptop or desktop computer.

Supported browsers

To be able to add data to Safe you need the YouGov Safe browser extension. This is a Chrome extension and is available in all Chrome based browsers that support extensions. If you saw an error in YouGov Safe stating you are using the wrong browser, try to install one of the supported browsers:

See the website of the browser for install instructions. Once you have it installed, navigate to account.yougov.com, log in and go to the Safe tab.
